Half Dome is an independent media agency, and we are on the search for an Activation Manager to lead successful campaign implementation across Paid Media channels.

As an Activation Manager, you will be responsible for managing each stage of the campaign workflow, from setting a clear direction to working alongside the team to achieve best practice, resulting in engagement across all touchpoints. You will provide clear and concise updates to ensure confidence in campaign execution and delivery, and effectively contribute to the strategic direction of projects with a thorough understanding of client needs. You will have the opportunity to work on progressive, high spend accounts who are engaged with an agency promising to push the boundaries and deliver market leading work.
You are a strategic thinker with a strong technical edge. Ideally previous experience in a digital paid media role, with agency experience preferred. You take great pride in your excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, continuously exceeding their expectations. This role is perfect for a challenger to further develop your technical craft and enhance leadership talents in a supportive and coaching environment.
