The Opportunity
As a Graphic Designer at Half Dome, you’ll use your creative flair and technical brilliance to shape the way Half Dome design and deliver our creative work displayed across a range of media channels. You will work both with clients on their creative assets and projects, and internally, on our own Half Dome brand assets.
Central to the role’s success if the ability to understand the holistic marketing matters of Half Dome, and uncover creatively led opportunities that have a measurable impact on the success of Half Dome and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Use technical expertise to identify, create and scope projects
• Deliver performance driven creative outputs for our clients across a range of media channels
• Contribute to new business acquisition through high quality design development of documentation and presentations
• Work with the Half Dome team to produce branded collateral, and use brand knowledge to manage visual and content updates to the Half Dome websites
• Actively work to drive uptake of design driven communication within Half Dome
• Work with Client Solutions Directors to identify and scope opportunity for performance creative services
• Build an in-depth understanding of clients marketing challenges to develop suitable solutions to creative challenges
• Take provide in the work and have accountability for excellent results
• Actively demonstrate key behaviours aligned to Half Dome’s cultural values
Experience Requirement
• 1-2 years’ experience in graphic design or similar role. Agency experience is ideal, but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Suite
• Experience in filming and editing videos is ideal, but not mandatory
